Literally the most helpful delivery I’ve ever had. Daniel was extremely friendly and flexible; dealing with everything the Bronx was throwing at him — 90 degree weather, horrible traffic on a one way street and a less than great parking situation; then STILL took the time to make sure he brought all FORTY EIGHT of my heavy packages (I work in marketing and ordered over 1,300 custom umbrellas) to both my basement AND the second floor of my building. He was fast, but he wasn’t rushing and throwing things around like he wanted to get out of there, either. He handled my packages with care. Usually delivery drivers in my area refuse to take packages beyond the front entrance, so Daniel was far beyond what I expected. If all Eveready Express delivery drivers are like this, then I’m going to use them for every order going forward.

I engaged Eveready Express for a very last minute, urgent business need to transport a few items from a NJ office to NYC same day (so last minute that I called them around 3:30 and needed them to pick up the items before 5pm). The great reviews are what initially caught my eye and I have to agree, the service was fantastic!! Not only did they pick up and drop off within the timeframe I needed, I also received email confirmations along the way once my items were picked up, in transit, and delivered with photo proof! The representatives were very courteous and informative and I'm glad this worked out so smoothly. I left one star off because it was more expensive than I had anticipated BUT considering the distance, restrictive timeframe, and awesome result, I'd say it was worth it in the end.

Eveready Express did a great job. We had an emergency and needed a particular part, Eveready picked up the part and delivered to our location. We were able to satisfy our Customer and complete the job. The Courier notified me via email when they picked up the parts and notified me when they delivered the material with a time stamped copy of the receipt. They were fast and courteous. At first, it seemed that the company is good, as they have good feedback but they do not want to comply with the conditions required by the customer. Gave up with the freight after 2 hours as I sent the RC on Friday night, realizing that I would not find a recovery truck. The reason for the refusal is that there is no phone number of the contact person who is gonna waiting !!!specifically!!! for their truck on Saturday, even if our company has an after-hours team and I am in touch 24/7.They can ruin everything at the last moment. Because of this company, the relationship with one of our clients deteriorated.They are not flexible in providing service at all.
